1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph948 platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, payment systems, and support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with ph948's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ph948 platform and close your account. ph948 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ph948 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ph948 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing a wager on ph948, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you access the platform:

ph948 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any player at any time, including requests for government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active ph948 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. ph948 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate account activity. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly whenever any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, address, or contact details — constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities, and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph948 account login credentials, including your username and password. ph948 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any action taken using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ph948 support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ph948 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. 4. Deposits & Payments

ph948 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT (Tether stablecoin). All Philippine Peso deposits are credited to your ph948 account wallet in PHP at no additional fee charged by ph948. USDT transactions are credited at the prevailing USDT/PHP exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for Philippine Peso payment methods.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, or Metrobank may take up to one business day to reflect in your ph948 wallet depending on the processing schedules of the respective banks.
• ph948 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or transfers from unverified sources.
• Payments made by credit card or buy-now-pay-later services are not accepted on the ph948 platform.

ph948 reserves the right to reverse or hold a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ph948 will notify you and may request additional documentation before processing any related withdrawal.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ph948 are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your ph948 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit into your ph948 account, or to an account in your verified name where a matching deposit method is not available.
• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours.

ph948 does not charge internal fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, BDO, BPI, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, over which ph948 has no control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ph948 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other time-limited promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who are residents of the Philippines and hold a verified ph948 account in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet wagering requirements (as specified per promotion) before they can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.

7. Gameplay Rules

Each game operates under the rules and Return to Player (RTP) parameters certified by the respective provider's regulatory authority. ph948 does not modify game outcomes.

• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are final once confirmed by the game server.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents the proper completion of a wager, ph948's decision on the resolution of the affected round is final. ph948 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph948 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any ph948 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ph948 software or game engine.
• Create derivative works based on any ph948 platform content or design.
• Use ph948's trademarks, brand name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

Game content displayed on ph948 remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, etc.) and is licensed to ph948 for display purposes only. Players do not acquire any rights to game content by virtue of playing on the ph948 platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph948 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the ph948 platform.

ph948's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph948 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph948's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph948 operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) pursuant to its Interactive Gaming framework.

12.1 Informal Resolution

12.2 Formal Complaints

12.4 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the above procedures shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
